Protecting your private information is our priority. The House of Raige Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you visit; make a purchase or use services provided through www.houseofraige.com . Throughout this policy we will refer to the House of Raige LLC and its website as “House of Raige, the Site, We, Our, Us” The House of Raige is a general ecommerce site. By using this site, you are consenting to the data practices as described in this policy.

1. Collecting personal information

We do not collect any personal information from you unless you voluntarily provide it to us.

However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use our services or features within the Site. Instances when we collect personally identifiable information are when you; a.) Register for an account, b.) enter a sweepstakes, contest, or giveaway, c.) Submit your credit card or other method of payment information when ordering or purchasing our products/services. d.) Sign up for promotional communication, such as email or text.

The amount of time we will store your information will vary based on our legitimate business needs. We will retain your personal information as long as you maintain an account with us. Promotional Communication – This will be regarding any promotional content, such as, new products, services, sales, or contests/giveaways available on our Site. This may be through email, text message or postal mail.

Information on how to opt out will always be provided in the method of communication. Please note that opting out of promotional communication will not stop confirmational communication. To better understand and improve our services, we may receive a notification when you open any House of Raige email and click on a link within.

Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality, e.) Comply with the California Electronics Communications Privacy Act, f.) Comply with any existing legal obligation related to you, g.) Fulfill my legitimate business needs.

8. COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)

The House of Raige is a general audience website and does not knowingly or intentionally collect information from children under 13. Any information we have received that we believe to belong to any persons under 13 will be immediately deleted.

Our site may contain links to websites that are not necessarily affiliated with the House of Raige. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other such sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the policies provided by any site that collects personally identifiable information.

Within the House of Raige, a limited number of trusted employees and affiliates are allowed to access your personal information. This will be to provide support or services that are vital to the functionality of our business. This includes packing and shipping your orders and providing customer support.

We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
