This is a Digital Ticket. When arriving please present the ticket email to our door persons.
Concessions for VIP tables will be served between 7:30 and 8:30p

Ticket sales Disclaimer
- Ticket Holding: Ticket Purchaser must present Ticket Email upon admission. Ticket holders must have the entire party present prior to being seated. If for any reason your party is unable to arrive at the same time, the ticket holder is responsible for meeting their guests at the front desk. We only issue VIP tickets via email to the Ticket Purchaser.
- All Ticket Sales are final: By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for attending the Event on the specified date and time. In the case of your inability to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, your ticket remains non-refundable. If the event if rescheduled within 90 days your ticket is non-refundable.
- Event Rescheduling and Cancellation:While unlikely, We reserve the right to reschedule at any time. The event organizers will communicate rescheduling using their social channels, website, and email. All ticket sales will be honored for the rescheduled event. We reserve the right to reschedule the event within 90 days before issuing refunds.

Processing Time
Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours.
Express orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
Backorder, preorder, and made-to-order products have additional processing time that overrides our standard processing time.

We do not split order shipments. We will dispatch your complete order when all items become available.
